Questions worth asking

If yours is not here, it is probably answered in the first two minutes of using it.

Which networks can I link?

Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Each is linked separately through its own consent screen, so you can connect one, two or all three and change your mind at any point.

What does the free plan actually include?

7 days, 3 posts a day, one network per post, and the full impressions overview. Scheduling and posting to several networks at once are the two things it leaves out. After 7 days posting stops until you move to Gold, which is $2 a month.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes, from the plan page inside the app. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves everything working until the end of the month you have already paid for — nothing is cut off part way through.

Can I post to just one network?

Yes. The composer starts with your linked networks selected, and you deselect any you do not want. Posting to one is exactly the same flow as posting to all of them.

What happens if one network rejects a post?

The others still go out. Each network reports its own result, so a post can be published on two and failed on one — you will see precisely which, and why, and can retry just that one.

How does scheduling work?

Pick a date and time in the composer instead of publishing. The post is stored with everything it needs and sends itself at that moment. Scheduled posts stay editable right up until they go. It is a Gold feature.

What happens when I unlink an account?

The stored token is deleted immediately and Bract loses all access to that network. Posts you already sent stay in your history, and relinking later picks up where you left off.

Where do the impression numbers come from?

Each connected network reports impressions and engagement for the posts you sent through Bract. The overview aggregates them daily and compares the window you pick against the period immediately before it.
