Use Bract to publish your own content to your own accounts, keep to the rules of the networks you link, and pay for the plan you are on. We will give you notice before anything material changes, and you can cancel whenever you like.
Agreement to these terms
These terms are a contract between you and Bract. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. If you do not accept them, do not use Bract. Our Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement.
What the service does
Bract lets you compose a post once, choose which of your linked networks it goes to, schedule it, and see how it performed. It is a tool that acts on your instruction. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Meta, TikTok, X or any other network.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old and give an accurate email address, which we verify with a code before the account is created. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us at bractservices@gmail.com if you think it has been compromised.
Linked networks
Linking a network grants Bractpermission to act on your behalf within the scopes you approve. You confirm you are entitled to grant that access for each account you link. Your use of every network stays governed by that network’s own terms, and nothing here overrides them — if a network suspends or rate-limits your account, or changes or withdraws its API, features that depend on it may stop working and that is outside our control. You can unlink any network at any time from Settings.
Your content
Everything you post through Bract remains yours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store it, format it for each network, and transmit it on your instruction. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.
You are responsible for what you publish, including having the rights to any text, image or video in it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Bract to:
- publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing or infringing;
- send spam, run bulk automated posting, or operate accounts you do not own or manage;
- break the terms, rate limits or automation rules of any linked network;
- probe, scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
- resell or sublicense access to Bract without our written agreement.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and where the breach is serious we may do so without notice.
Plans, billing and cancellation
- Free — Free for 7 days, limited to 3 posts a day, one network at a time, with no scheduling. When the 7 days are up you must move to a paid plan to keep publishing.
- Gold — $2 per month. Unlimited posts, all networks at once, and scheduled posts.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from the billing page; your plan then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and is not renewed. Payments are taken by our payment provider under their own terms.
Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already taken are non-refundable. We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price rise, and it will only apply from your next renewal.
Scheduled posts
We make a reasonable effort to publish scheduled posts at the time you set, but cannot guarantee exact timing: delivery depends on the target network being available and accepting the request. A scheduled post may fail if you unlink the network, your token is revoked, your plan no longer includes scheduling, or the network rejects the content. Failures are shown against the post so you can retry.
Availability
We aim to keep Bract running but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice of anything material where we can.
Liability
Bractis provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost goodwill, or loss of data arising from your use of the service, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using Bract and close your account at any time by emailing bractservices@gmail.com; what happens to your data is set out in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close your account for a breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if we are required to by law.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. If a change is material we will update the date above and email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use Bract afterwards means you accept the revised terms.
